Rename has remixed ‘Carte Blanche’ from our ‘Carousel of Life’ album. It was released on A Different Drum’s compilation ‘A Different Mix volume 7′.

3/14/11 Eloquent has completed a remix for Haberdashery. We retooled “Fall Into Your Arms” for the upcoming single release. We expect to do one more remix for them later in the summer. And expect a Haberdashery remix of new Eloquent material sometime this year! Ordering information soon.

Go Go Yellow Screen Video Shoot and Pics

1/13/011 We completed a video shoot for our first single from the new album. The song “Go Go Yellow Screen” and video will be released soon. Until then, we posted some photos on our Facebook page from the shoot. Enjoy.

New Album Announced: Party Favours

10/13/010 Our third studio album “Party Favours” will be release summer 2011. The recording is completed. Working on final mixdowns and artwork. It will hold 16-17 new songs including a cover of Peter Godwin’s “Images of Heaven” and a few other surprises. After two trips to our Denver studio and countless hours of composing, mixing and sweetening, our next installment of Eloquent is almost ready for production.

3/8/10 Eloquent is proud to announce our first live show in two years. We’re opening for Assemblage 23 on Tues, May 11th, 2010. The show is at Cervantes Theatre in Denver, Colorado. Doors at 7pm. Show at 8pm. $15 advance tix until May 1, 2010 HERE. We are also recording our third album the week before the live show and will most likely perform a few new songs. There are also a number of limited VIP tickets available to get into the venue early to meet the bands, etc.

1/20/09 Carousel of Life is here after four years. It’s available two ways. You can order from A Different Drum now or use the Section 44 online store. The first 100 orders at ADD will get one or two limited Eloquent Carouself of Life buttons/pins. CAROUSEL OF LIFE is the eagerly anticipated sophomore effort by Eloquent, perfecting their own approach to deep-rooted influences of Pet Shop Boys and Erasure. This duo brings you modern synthpop at it’s best. Ultra-catchy synth hooks and great melodies, combined with thought provoking lyrics, will appeal to anyone who likes great pop songs.

New Album News – In Production

9/1/08 The official Carousel of LIfe CD is in production. Art is completed. The master has been shipped to the plant. Look for a release in September, 2008. The album holds 16 tracks. Three interludes, various langauges and lots of happy, upbeat songs. The album holds our first song together, Carte Blanche plus many new songs never heard before. Liner notes on the cd will cronicle each song’s history. Enjoy the Carousel of LIfe.

New Album News – Just about done

2/14/08 Months later.. we’ve completed all of the recording for the new album. Those pesky two songs.. they’re wrapping-up. Both Steven and Randall have been busy with their other projects – Royal Visionaries debut should hit the streets in March or April this year. And Tristraum has been doing live shows – not to mention the increased Section 44 live show promotions for national acts. We promise – the wait will soon be over. 5/15/06 Synthphony Records has announced the release of a brand new tribute to The Pet Shop Boys titled “Always On Our Minds – A Tribute to the Pet Shop Boys”. Eloquent is proud to take part in this project with a cover of “A Red Letter Day”

4/11/06 Eloquent will perform at the 5th Annual Colorado Dark Arts Festival in Denver, Colorado, USA. Also performing: The Dignity of Labour, Tristraum, November Process The Siren Project, Born In Winter, AnaDies, December Question, Vespertine Sky and Deviant. In addition, 13 Artists will show their work.

utopia remix promotional usage and remix news

2/1/06 Our remix of “Utopia” (TDOL) was selected to appear on a demo CD for a new product called Timetrax. 20,000 copies were distributed at the 2006 CES show in Las Vegas two weeks ago. Timetrax allows users to record XM and Sirius radio on their PCs and transfer to mp3 players or CD-R. Eloquent has also completed a remix for Capsize (A Different Drum). The track is titled “Problem” and will be released as part of their forthcoming double-disc cd. The remix will appear on the bonus remix disc.

1/27/06 eloquent is honored to play the first-annual Costa Rica Synthfest. eloquent will perform with The Dignity of Labour, Ven Bravo, November Process and Tristraum.
